Strategic oversight and external representation. Coordinates across all teams. Final decision-maker on fund direction and strategy approvals.
Assists the President with micro-level management — oversees IPs, Capstones, and Deliverables. Acts as President in their absence.
Manage and coordinate their respective teams. Provide mentorship, ensure team deliverables are met, and report to leadership weekly.
Lead focused projects within their team. Coordinate small groups of general members and report directly to Team Leads.
Each Team Lead is responsible for their section. Email and LinkedIn columns are especially important for alumni network continuity.
